So Far So Good!

We have had a very good experience with this cooler. The temperature zones do their job. The rack just below the controller holds our Pinot bottles perfectly.

Stress-free shopping experience

We bought this product based upon reviews. We couldn't be happier with the quality. If you don't have two strong humans to lift the fridge and another person to slide out the pallet, pay the extra $$ for the white glove service. Trust me. Handle assembly was easy. Don't worry. Appearance is beautiful even freestanding as ours is in the kitchen bordering the dining area in the great room. I still wish manufacturers would give just a quarter inch more height on every shelf because of bigger bottles from certain vintners. But, overall five stars.

Love this Refrigerator

I currently have this fridge about 80% full and it works really well. It maintains a relatively constant temperature and is also reasonably quiet. It arrived well packaged, in excellent condition.

Great wine cellar

This refrigerator is the best. It is the size of a normal refrigerator and the flex-count storage racks are brilliant! These work with all size bottles for very efficient storage - far better than wooden racks. You pay a little more for these but they are worth every penny. Also, the drawers pull out far enough so you can see the bottle labels in the back row. The controls are intuitive and simple. Even better the packing and shipping is first rate. This is a great product.

Very pleased with this unit

This unit seems to be well constructed and looks great. Mine is in an area that is not seen by many people, but I would be proud to have it in a main room. The people at the Beverage Factory are great to work with. The only minus is that the temperature settings seem to be far off from the actual temperature.
