Had it for almost two years now. Works pretty flawlessly. I keep a temp/humidity monitor in there and the average actual temp stays very close to the unit setting. Have about 85 bottles crammed in it, 50/50 mix of Bordeaux and Pinot bottles.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Not only do they have incredible pricing but they really do stand behind their products. When I encountered issues with my last unit they bent over backwards to help. We now have purchased 3 units from them and they've been great!

Keeps it cold and looks good….remember 99 is Boudreaux bottle…. About 70 mixed bottles.

The product; Great looking as the contrasting wood shelves provide a finish that will let this cooler fit with most decors. Near silent refrigeration motor. Cooling is spot on as I've hung three thermostats; top, middle and bottom and the temp reads within +- 1 degree throughout.

The delivery and set-up; Unfortunately, "White Glove" service was not offered in my area north of Boston, MA. Understanding that I would need to handle that myself, I contacted Anna to ask about set-up and she explained how easy it would be and it is. No tools required except for a razor blade to score around the plastic protective sheets on both sides of the unit in order to easily peel them off and a phillips screwdriver to attach one of the two handle choices. Luckily, the driver was kind enough, for a $20 tip, to un-box and un-crate the unit and help me bring it up the four stairs into my home.

The staff; From the moment I placed the order I began receiving communications via text message and email. First from Anna confirming the order and providing estimated delivery time. Second from Josemari on the specifics of the delivery. I had few questions throughout the process and spoke with Anna numerous times. She was exceedingly helpful through the process and I followed all of her recommendations which has resulted in an outstanding transaction. Without hesitation, due to the exceptional staff, I highly recommend Beverage Factory. And I'm exceedingly happy with my purchase of this specific wine cooler.

The Allavino is really well made and good looking, very quiet and maintains a steady temperature. It is a lot taller than my old unit that did not run as quietly, which had metal racks held a third as many bottles and weighed about the same empty.
Bottle capacity will vary due to their size. Suggestion - place your larger format bottles in the lower shelves so that the unit doesn’t get top heavy when you pull out the wooden shelves to make your wine selection. I also adjusted the base front legs a little higher than the rear to help with the balancing. I can pull out several of the shelves at the same time and not worry. Over all very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this unit for wine presentation and preservation.
