It holds temperature as described.

Only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is we had to return the first one due to damage and has to wait a few days for replacement. Return was easy once we repackaged it for UPS pick up.

Not happy about the shipping.

This was everything I needed to replace my broken unit. Very quiet and love that the shelves are removable. I only gave this four stars because of the way I received it.......shipping lacks. For this to be a fragile item I was surprised when it was delivered....the box was a hot mess!!
