This unique shelving design allows for ultimate flexibility and versatility when it comes to storing a variety of bottle sizes and shapes. Easy gliding shelves allow for easy access to your collection without disrupting the delicate wine maturation process.
Product Features:
Choose Your Ideal Temperature
The unit's digital control panel allows the temperature in each zone to be precisely set between 41-68 degrees Fahrenheit (5-20°C). Physical buttons make it effortless to adjust should your wine storage goals change later on, and an easy-to-read backlit display means no guesswork about the state of your collection.
Benefits of Tru-Vino Technology
Engineered to have true consistent temperature control, Tru-Vino is unlike the standard wine refrigerator technology, which cycles between on and off states. Tru-Vino Technology has an adaptable system, which slowly and consistently releases cool air to reach the ideal temperature and slowly stops the release of cool air when the temperature is reached. This consistent temperature maintenance means that there won’t be drastic temperature swings.
Innovative FlexCount Shelf Design
Allavino’s exclusive FlexCount wine racking technology incorporates revolutionary metal shelves that are strong enough to hold bottles without sagging, yet thin enough to maximize the available storage space. Wood slats refine each shelf and gently cradle each bottle to prevent harmful vibrations from affecting your wine. Each shelf glides out smoothly on ball bearing tracks, allowing easy access to your collection without disrupting the delicate wine maturation process.
Stylish Built-In Design
This wine refrigerator can be built into your cabinetry to provide an elegant storage solution that will look great in any room of your home. This unit is front-venting, and can be built in to your cabinetry for a seamless look. It also has finished sides and top, allowing you to use it as a freestanding unit that will look great in any room of your home.
Fan-Forced Cooling
Internal fans circulate refrigerated air inside the unit, pulling heat out of the bottles within quickly and evenly. This active cooling method reduces initial cool down time to bring wines to their ideal temperature faster. The disperal of cooling power also prevents drastic temperature fluctuations that could be harmful to your wine.

I know many wine fridges don't fit their advertised capacity, so I had realistic expectations. Unfortunately this wine fridge does not cleanly fit ANY bottles in its provieded shelf cradles - even using exclusively standard sized bordeaux bottles, the shelving causes the bottles to clang against each other and twist and stack up on top of each other. If you don't want your bottles in a tangled mess, you have to use only 50% of the provided bottle trays, reducing the capacity of this cooler by 50% even in the best case scenario of standard bordeaux bottles. Realistically I can fit at most 5 bottles on each rack, for a total capacity of 30 bottles. It would be nice if Allavino would provide alternate shelving - if they were less aggressive trying to cram in as many bottles as possible, they could have designed shelves that would have easily fit 40-45 bottles without it becoming a jumbled mess. Unfortunately I threw away the packaging when I purchased this, so it is no longer returnable. I also bought 2, so I'm even more hosed. I'm leaning towards throwing these away and replacing them with a cheap Danby unit, which holds just as many bottles but is a fraction of the size.
Unit is well made and the shelving appears to be user friendly with full pull-out shelves and good bottle conforming racks. Bought a single zone system to minimize operational issues keeping two zones at different temps. This should minimize temp fluctuations which seems to be a problem with dual zone equipment. Having a choice of two handle styles is a bonus and the packaging was exceptional, with thick Styrofoam and cardboard to protect the shipment. Looking forward to getting some good wine into the unit.
I have had this refrigerator for a few weeks now. I really like the shelf design and the quality of the drawer slides. The drawers feel sturdy even when fully extended and storing wine. The unit is also quieter than a standard refrigerator when running with no noticeable vibration.
I've only had this for a week, but I already love it more than any other wine cooler I've owned. The shelves are wonderful and fit all of my larger than Bordeaux bottles. I can get 8-9 bottles on each shelf, and have 53 bottles (including an entire shelf of Pinots) in it already. I have room for another bottle or two, so capacity-wise it does what it says. Well designed and looks great in my space. Assuming it holds up, I will definitely consider buying a second. Customer service from Beverage Factory and from the delivery company (I added the White Glove delivery) were both top notch. Very happy customer.
I use the cooler only for red wine. It holds the 56 bottles just like advertised. It keeps the temperature very clise to the setting. Easy too set uo and I have had no issues. Some bottles are longer at the neck and they fit well in the bottom tray.
