So Far So Good

I have been using this cooler for about five weeks and have had no issues. The shipping materials it arrived in were exceptionally fine -- more than adequate to withstand even fairly rough handling. It was easy to set up and keeps the specified temperature exactly (it's dual zone, but I have both zones set to 55°F). It is also exceptionally quiet. And yes, it will hold 34 bottles providing they are all standard Bordeaux type bottles, otherwise, with the usual mix of tall Alsatian and fatter Burgundy bottles, the real capacity is closer to 24. Actually, tall bottles will only fit in the bottom unracked bin. The design of this unit suggests it was designed by people who are unaware that there is more than one size of standard wine bottle. If even an inch was added to the width and maybe half an inch to the depth all would be well. As it is, just one Burgundy bottle on a shelf reduces the capacity of that shelf to 4, not five bottles. Except for the size issue, this seems to be a great item. Only time will tell how well it lasts.

Nice

Works good and fairly quiet. Quick cooling. Can got 4 bottles on each shelf occasionally 5 with one backwards. Holds about 29-30 not 34. As someone else mentioned temp is about 3.5-4 degrees off. Actual temp us 54 when set to 50. Sensor is placed in middle of middle shelf.

Good product, slow customer service

The product arrived on time and in great shape. We followed the recommendation to let it sit upright for 24 hours before plugging it in. The unit is attractive and easily handles 34 bottles. we found the temp displayed by the unit was 4 degrees different than our own digital thermometer, maybe due to the placement of the sensor. We have had no problems with the unit and are happy with the product at this price point. Sadly they service contract I purchased was not the one I was sent and I have made 3 phone calls over 3 weeks trying to get the contract corrected.
