Great Buy

I have two wine refrigerators, this is by far the best for the money it holds 160 various size wine bottles and keeps them at my desired temp. Highly recommended. Allavino is a great product.

My delivery came relatively quickly from across the country. Their customer service staff was helpful from purchase to delivery.. The unit arrived very well protected by a thick styrofoam encasement. It is very heavy so if you do not select white glove delivery you will need a least two strong bodies to move it to your desired location. My u it came with two handle styles which was an expected plus. Only down side was the instructions were not clear o. which screws to use or if washers were to brushed or not. A call to C/S learned that up. The unit is quiet and is operating well for the 3 days in use.

Impressive looking wine cooler

Wow! The packaging on this cooler was so impressive, entire unit completely covered in “cut to fit” styrofoam. Unpacked unit, leveled it, added handle, wiped it down and strapped it to wall for safety. Waited 24 hours before turning it on. Set temp for upper and lower zones. Unit reached settings in about 5 hours. Waited a couple of hours hours before adding about 24 bottles. Added 24 more the next morning. Will repeat adding 24 at night and then 24 in the morning until I run out of bottles. Really nice looking unit. Very quiet as well. My unit sits on ceramic tiles and I can barely hear it running. The shelf glides slide in an out with little effort. My only want at this time is to find nice Label Hangers to hang on the 1/4” wood shelf slats. Love this unit so far!

Allavino wine frig

I purchased this wine refrigerator, online, and in the process talked with Beverage Factory to coordinate delivery. They were very helpful. The contracted delivery service was also very courteous; he even helped transport it into my home (even though he was not required to do so.) I have now had this unit about a month, and it's working properly, very quiet, and overall a good solution. I have not tried to fill it, totally, with different types of bottles (so the capacity might be a little less than the advertised 172#). Regardless, it's been as good or better than expected/desired.
