very satisfied

My delivery came relatively quickly from across the country. Their customer service staff was helpful from purchase to delivery.. The unit arrived very well protected by a thick styrofoam encasement. It is very heavy so if you do not select white glove delivery you will need a least two strong bodies to move it to your desired location. My u it came with two handle styles which was an expected plus. Only down side was the instructions were not clear o. which screws to use or if washers were to brushed or not. A call to C/S learned that up. The unit is quiet and is operating well for the 3 days in use.

Classy Wine Fridge

This is my second FlexCount wine refrigerator. Needed it because I filled my first one! Great for safely storing/aging bottles of good wine. The black cabinet with the blue led lights looks great. Dual zone keeps the white wine cooler than the red. 172 bottle capacity gives you flexibility for the various bottle sizes. I recommend the white glove delivery service. They even took away the shipping trash.

The ordering process was simple and straight forward. Sales representative was pleasant and helpful. Unit was delivered timely and in good condition. Impressive packaging. Set up was easy. A bit louder than I had hoped but overall I am pleased with my purchase one week in.

I have only had the cooler a week but so far so good. The bottles fit well, do not bog the draws down and the draws open and close with easy.

Great experience and product

Beverage Factory was great to work with. Delivered product as described in a very timely manner. Fridge is everything we had hoped for. The only caution I would give is the fridge is very heavy to move, so grab a group of strong friends and/or a large dolly for moving it into place.
